If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Sale and Clearance merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging and in a new, unused condition. Should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
If an item is received damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, please call us at 855-739-1500 and we will provide you with a postage-paid return label.
Exchanges cannot be processed online or by mail. Please return the merchandise for credit and place a new order.
Orders and Cancellations
When you place an order with us, it is processed immediately to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Shipping and Delivery
Free Shipping offers valid on orders over $49 with Standard Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only; one shipping address per order. Offer cannot be applied to past purchases.
Standard Ground: (Order received within 3-7 business days) Expedited: (2-4 business days from order date) Premium: (1-3 business days from order date)
Standard. Normal delivery time for shipments to the 48 continental U.S. states for in stock items is 3-7 business days via ground service. APO/FPO Box addresses will ship USPS. Please allow 4-6 weeks. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Expedited and Premium. Priority handling is available for an additional charge - U.S. deliveries only and requires a street address, no P.O. boxes. In stock items only. Expedited or Premium service is required for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Canada. All orders are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only. Canadian delivery charges include all taxes/fees for delivery to the customer's door.
State and Local Tax Information
Merchandise is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to all states except AK, DE, MT, NH and OR.

An additional heavyweight charge will be applied to heavy or oversized items as indicated.
